Saw this cat inspired sticker on a drainpipe the other day. Absolutely no idea what it means. But I could imagine either Marmalade or Oscar saying that when they get a flavour of cat food that they are not particularly fond of.
Marmalade is a lot fussier than Oscar. Marmalade actually prefers biscuits to meat, but Oscar will eat almost anything that's put in his bowl. Gail even tried him on some bits of her toast crust, which he wolfed down in minutes.
I'm always on the lookout for this little stickers. I wonder who sticks them on lamp posts, railings etc. It would be interested in knowing who they are, or why they do it.
It's a cute sticker, hope you eventually find out it's origin/meaning.
ReplyDeleteWe've had cats who eat everything - one used to steal food from dustbins, & his 'best' thefts , which he brought home proudly, were a whole fried egg, a slice of toast & half a turkey carcass. My parents had a cat who adored cucumber. He would steal it if he could, & woe betide anyone who tried to take it off him. He also liked radishes.
All our cats had a preference for the most expensive cat food going - but had no hesitation eating cheaper food at someone else's house. Even when taken to a cattery, they would eat what they were given, yet refuse it at home.
