Here's a shot of the name of one of the many bars / clubs that are dotted around the city centre. I was taken by the red neon lights and the "E" being reversed. I did not see inside, so I don't know if the Russian theme continues with the waiters dressed as cossacks!
Apparently uni academics are complaining that kids are now handing in essays written in txtspk, which includes e's written as 3's....it's some sort of techno thing!
