Classical Glass
Quite a number of my photos have featured the Council House with it's clock and dome. Today's picture shows what it looks like from the inside; well a glass dome anyway, as most of the building is off limits to the general public. The dome is near the front of the building and lets light onto a sweeping stone staircase.

One would imagine that this dome is particularly beautiful at night?
ReplyDeleteFine capture, nice detail, interesting.
ReplyDeleteStunning! I would ask the same question as Chris and Deb. Do they have it lit up at night?

They light up the main clock tower, but as you can't really see this from the street, it remains in darkness.
