Every day I cycle into work, and most nights over the last couple of weeks I have got soaked cycling home. Last night I hoped I'd be lucky and arrive home dry. But the heavens opened, and there was this almighty storm. So I thought I'd take a photo to remind people who are having hot, sunny weather, what rain looks like.

Yesterday I saw pictures from Gloucester, where we have lived a long time ago a few weeks, those flooding streets are miserable even
to see.
I hope, your area is not so bad.
When we lived in Scotland 11 months, we saw only few sunny days, but same thing can be also in Finland, this summer has been very cloudy, but not too rainy.
I wish you many sunny days now!
You are so fortunate to be in the rain we just hear and see the flooding about the rainfall your nation has had. It says on television there is no end in sight and that it is already breaking records set over 60 years ago. And, the next record to fall will be some 100 years ago. They also showed lots of pictures of people being rescued from their homes in boats. Way to much rain for any nation. But you did make the news several days in a row over here in america.
