Back to the dirty streets of Nottingham today, and this workman guarding his theodolite. There always seems to be men in yellow jackets walking around the city centre measuring things. This will probably mean more holes being dug or something being knocked down.
I guess it's the time of year to tear up the roads. Alot of that happening here right now too!
