A photo a day from the famous East Midlands city, its surroundings, and wherever the photographic journey takes me.

Castle Rock
I haven't be able to blog as much as I like these last couple of days, as we've changed Internet providers. TalkTalk (our previous one) have cut us off, but we haven't received our homehub from BT yet, so we are without any connection at home. So as I know how much you all like my blogging, Gail & I are sat in our car with our laptops on, near the High Road, as we've managed to pick up a signal. I'm doing this entry, while Gail is Facebooking.
So here's today's picture. A view of the Castle from a different perspective. This road is part of the Park Estate. Most of the houses on this road have been converted into either small offices or student digs. Still it's quite a good view to look out on.

I have several computers here and my daughter and her daughter and their cat moved back in with us. She has a laptop and one of my computers is an iMac so we have wireless internet or a router for it. And now and then somebody will actually pick up the signal and stop in front of our house and use it. Odd but I guess it is OK.
ReplyDeleteI like your photo. And your story.
I forgot about this being a theme day about books so I found several of the ones I wrote more recently and photographed and posted them.
