I've shown you various pictures of the Playhouse, but here's one at night. I took it after the Kate Rusby concert. You can still see people milling round the CD and T shirt stand. And of course the Sky Mirror, reflecting the scene in the polished metal.
A photo a day from the famous East Midlands city, its surroundings, and wherever the photographic journey takes me.

Like this night shot Gailsman.
ReplyDeleteVery cool!
ReplyDeleteIf you're very patient of a summer, you can catch yourself a roast pigeon as they fly over that mirror. No-one needs go hungry in this city.
ReplyDeleteI can only apologise for cutting and pasting this comment, but there was no way on Earth I would be able to make it around the whole globe to wish everybody a Merry Christmas otherwise. I have only one pair of hands and the magical elves that I have working for me are a bunch of lazy good-for-nothings. All they do is sit around smoking, playing cards and telling filthy jokes!
ReplyDeleteAnyway, from myself, Henry and Ezra, have a Merry Christmas/Winter Solstice/Hanukkah/Festivus and a happy New Year!
I hope that all of your holiday photos turn out to be triumphs, and may your stocking be stuffed full of goodies and not coal!
