A nice sunny day, and what better than going for a bike ride with your best mate. I do a lot of cycling, as its the method I use to get to work. It takes me about half an hour and isn't a bad journey. The only really bad hill is the one up to the castle. So I get off and walk. Well I am getting on a bit now, & the knees aren't what they once were!
