I've just sneaked some shots of the Robin Hood costume exhibition at the castle. This is the actual Robin Hood costume that was worn by Russell Crowe in the latest film adaptation of the legend of Sherwood Forest. The exhibition finishes this month, so I thought I would pop along before it was too late.
I've not actually seen the film yet, even though it is out on DVD. I've read mixed reviews of it, but it should be good being directed by Ridley Scott, who is famous for Alien, Bladerunner and of course that Hovis advert.
Russell Crowe was enough to get my attention. Great voice. Are you about to be arrested for this sneaky capture. Ah the Hovis advert, remember it well.
