Numerical Sunday - 10
The 39th parking meter in Nottingham city centre. I don't know how many there are altogether. But they rake in a fair few pounds everyday for the council to waste.
Not that it makes an ounce of difference but most cities here where I live pulled out their parking meters as it was causing shoppers to drive out of the center of the city to the outter areas to shop where there are no parking meters. I am surprised your large city has not realized that already.
saw the thumbnail on the portal and thought it was a posh house # with that coat of arms - never thought it was a parking meter. Our council's coat of arms is on all the rubbish bins so I'm not totally surprised.
