I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw these two ladies. I could slightly understand one person wanting to wear this horrible looking coat, but two, and at the same time! There must have been a sale somewhere where they were selling them off very cheaply. And no, I don't think a tatty scarf improves the look at all, do you?
