Ooops!

Somehow, this Belicia Beacon at a zebra crossing on Queen Street has been pushed over. I have no idea if it was through poor driving or drunken antics. These three workmen look a bit puzzled too.

Great picture! It's nice to know some things are the same the world over--if I had a penny for every time I saw workmen standing around looking puzzled, I'd own Blogger by now. :)

  7. hands-in-pocket is clearly thinking "oh not again" - I love the jeweller's clock, the squiggly grafitti and miss pony-tail with her ear glued to her mobile

  9. Sorry, I disagree... they are not the least bit puzzled by the Beacon's current angle of repose... because they are not thinking about it at all just then. That is because they are totally distracted by the pretty young lady walking by. That beacon could be a talking giraffe, and they would not be paying any attention just then. :D
    Thanks,
