Sign of the Times
I think I am getting a little better at street photography, and am always on the lookout for that elusive good shot. I also like taking pictures of people standing next to signs and posters in shop windows and the like. I found this one amusing. It looks like the guy is on his mobile asking for directions.

It looks to me like he's a bit worried...
ReplyDeleteYes very good shot - love the interaction between the man and the sign.
ReplyDeleteInteresting you interpreted it as he's on his mobile looking for directions. I interpreted it as he's lost in life, he's calling his girlfriend who has left him and he's hoping to God she'll come back. Of course she won't. So he's lost, lost in love, lost in life. too much imagination, I know...!
ReplyDeleteGreat shot and one in which we could probably all put a different interpretation. I love that sort of photograph.
well JIlly seems to have figured it out! He's kinda cute. I might give him a second chance !HA Love this shot. You are learning the art of "the wait". Good job!
