A new trader has started walking the streets of Nottingham. This one sells candy floss at a pound a bag. The council are supposed to be clamping down on these sorts of unlicensed vendors, but they don't seem to be doing a very good job, as there are still loads about.
Ah I see you have the candy man in your sights too. He looks no less dodging in this picture.
