Many people may know that this is the title of the book that the film Bladerunner was based on, but I thought it was apt for this resting R2-D2 who had been trundling around the exhibition halls of The Gadget Show. I don't think this is the original prop from Star Wars, rather a reproduction that helps to advertise a certain big electrical store. If someone wants to pay me, I'll tell you which one.
A few years back there was an exhibition about Star Wars here in Bradford at the NMPFT, now the media museum and there were quite a few original things on display and I got to talk with Anthony Daniels who played C-3PO in the series.
