Bridging The Gap
This is the Wilford Suspension Bridge, and is next one along the Rivet Trent. It is actually owned by Severn Trent Water, rather than the council and was built in 1906.
It had been closed for nearly two years for refurbishment, as it is a listed building. This was the first time that I had actually walked across it.
