Well, 2011 is rapidly coming to an end. Although it is still strangely warm and sunny for this time of year, the trees are starting to shed their leaves and covering the ground in various shades of brown.
I took this abstract shot close to the statue of Robin Hood. There was quite a good blanket of them, glowing in the morning sun.
They say - its going to be a bad winter....
