All's Fair On A Summer's Day

A little bit of irony in the title, as it's practically rained everyday since we got back from Dubai.
Here's another shot of the Nottingham Riviera. I can't really take any photos of children enjoying themselves in the sand or on the rides for obvious reasons. So here's a reflective shot of one of the rides and the council house. Which maybe is a metaphor for the sad indictment on today's view of photography.

Excellent shot. Makes the dreadful Nottingham Riviera look really quite nice.

Nice take on that - I tried a remarkably similar shot but in landscape - http://www.flickr.com/photos/francois07/3785264996

  5. Lovely reflection. We have a funfair in Cheltenham at the moment and I'm wondering if I can be bothered with the potential hassle of taking some photos there. Very sad.

Hope you enjoyed your holiday and many congrats on being a blog of note.

  8. Found your blog through blog of note... i dont normslly follow anyone through it but I really like your blog! As for the state of photos, sad but true. I'm a youth worker and we have to have written parental consent before we can take a photo of anyone.

This is a nice photograph. Reflections are like mirrors in Nature.

  12. I'm not a photographer for sure but do you have enough room to crop this picture more in landscape mode or are you cutting off the sides to get rid of something? It's a great shot with the color but wondering if it should be a but wider. Cheers!
